The Creed
We believe that the sacred lives within all beings and that every person carries a spark of divine wisdom, dignity, and worth.
We honor the Divine Feminine in all her forms and remember the ancient traditions in which the goddess was revered as a source of life, transformation, justice, and creation. Through the stories of Inanna and the many goddesses of the world, we seek to restore balance between the feminine and masculine forces within ourselves, our communities, and the earth.
We believe that every human being has sovereignty over their own body, their own identity, and their own path through life. We affirm that reproductive freedom is a sacred human right and that the autonomy of women and all people who can become pregnant must be protected.
We affirm that transgender and gender-diverse people are whole, sacred, and deserving of dignity, safety, and belonging.
We believe that justice is a spiritual practice. We stand against racism, colonialism, and all systems that deny the humanity of others. We believe that every culture carries wisdom and that the diversity of human experience strengthens the world rather than dividing it.
We believe the Earth is sacred. The land, waters, plants, animals, and skies are not resources to be exploited but living relatives within a shared web of existence. Protecting the planet and pursuing climate justice is therefore an act of reverence for life itself.
We believe in the pursuit of truth through both spiritual reflection and scientific discovery. Knowledge grows as humanity grows, and wisdom deepens as we learn more about ourselves and the universe. For this reason, our teachings remain open to new understanding and evolving consciousness.
We commit ourselves to compassion, curiosity, courage, and the work of transformation within ourselves and within the world. Like Inanna, we are willing to descend into the depths, face what is hidden, and return with greater wisdom.
We Believe in honoring the sacred within ourselves, one another, and the Earth, we seek to live with integrity, justice, and reverence for life.
